Solid Mid Clamp, 40 x 40 mm

    • Place Modules: Position the PV modules on the installed rails.

    • Position Mid Clamp: Place the solid mid clamp between the frames of two adjacent modules, engaging it with the rail.

    • Insert Bolt: Insert the T-bolt or standard bolt through the rail slot and into the clamp's installation hole.

    • Finger Tighten: Hand-tighten the accompanying lock nut until the clamp contacts the module frames.

    • Final Torque: Using a torque wrench, tighten all mid clamps evenly to the specified torque value (e.g., 14 N·m).

    Note: Always follow the complete installation manual provided by the supplier and use the correct installation torque to avoid module damage or installation failure.

All accessories are packed separately, purlins, guide rails, beams, etc. are packed in a certain quantity, and all fixtures are packed in cartons in a quantity of 100~500pcs.
